         Muscles Used :  
             Pectoralis Major
             Biceps
             Latissimus Dorsi
             Triceps

        Muscle Used For: 
             Pectoralis Major - Draws the shoulders and arms
                                          forward and inward.

             Latissimus Dorsi - To pull the arms downward   
                                          and backward.
                                         
             Biceps - To twist the forearm upwards & flex/curl
                           the lower arm relative to the upper arm.

             Triceps - Straightens the arm

- Lower Back
             Biceps
- Front Upper Arm.
             Triceps
