Ticketing Policy

Each member may purchase tickets in his/her own name at the member price.

Members may purchase four (4) guest tickets, per household, at the guest price.

Additional guest tickets may be purchased 48 hours before the event, if available.

Non-members may purchase tickets to "open to the public" events only.

Individual tickets may be refunded at any time prior to the refund date printed on the ticket.

Refunds are not available for any ticket purchased as part of a season ticket package.

Refunds are issued by check through the US Mail.

Cash refunds are not available.
