Performance Information

All concerts are held at the West Social Center, 1111 Via Arcoiris, Green Valley. Concerts are open seating. Doors open 1/2 hour before concert start time.

Individual tickets are not for sale until advertised in Keeping Current.
All artists, dates and times are subject to change. Please see Keeping Current or our web site, www.gvrec.org, for updated information.

Discounted season tickets for the 2009-2010 concert season will be available for purchase beginning July 21st. Watch Keeping Current for details. The deadline to order season tickets is August 31st.

Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-reserved basis. Because season tickets are limited, we reserve the right to return your order form. However, if tickets are not available, we will try to contact you about changing your order request.

Ticketing Policy

Each member may purchase tickets in his/her own name at the member price.

Members may purchase four (4) guest tickets, per household, at the guest price. Season tickets are not available for guests.

Additional guest tickets may be purchased (if available) 48 hours before an event .

Non-members may purchase individual tickets for “open to the public” events only. No refunds are available for these tickets. Season tickets are not available for non-members.

Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased as part of the concert season ticket package or for general public tickets.

Exchanges or refunds for tickets purchased by members for programs or events may be refunded at any time prior to the refund date listed on the ticket. (Cash refunds are not available.)

Refunds are issued by check through the United States mail or credited back to your credit or debit card. Please allow at least fifteen business days for your refund to be processed .
