- The West Center spa is temporarily repaired and is back on and operational. Once all parts are received the water heater will be replaced.
- The Abrego South spa is closed barring unforeseen complications with plumbing repairs that are underway now.
- The Madera Vista pool is closed for draining on Wednesday, May 8, and will reopen on Saturday, May 11.
- The Canoa Ranch swimming pool and spa is closed Friday, May 17 – Sunday, May 19, and will reopen Monday, May 20.
The following spaces are closed for wood floor resurfacing from Wednesday, May 15 to Sunday, May 19, and will reopen Monday, May 20.
- Santa Rita Springs Anza room
- Las Campanas Racquetball courts
- Canoa Hills Saguaro and Palo Verde rooms
